If I had to sum up my professional journey in just three words, I would use “the three Ts”: Technology, Teaching, and Taking the Lead. With a solid background holding an M.Ed. in Learning, Media, and Technology, and an MBA, I’m all about blending the art of qualitative insights with the science of quantitative data in the Learning & Development space.

From working in the manufacturing industry at a small family business to being a technology consultant at Higher Education institutions. If there is one thing that characterizes my personality is my resilience and passion for teaching and learning.

My clients have been equally diverse. From multiple-disciplines Subject Matter Experts to Educational Technology companies. Over the last 9 years, I have enjoyed countless hours of collaboration with peers and clients. When I can engage in brainstorming sessions and have the opportunity to think outside of the box, I feel joy and fulfillment. I believe that connecting with clients at a personal level makes a difference. Once in that place, I think that tackling complex organizational problems is much more effective.
