Hey there, Mario here. Thanks for visiting my online space!

If I had to sum up my professional journey in just three words, I would still use “the three Ts”: Technology, Teaching, and Taking the Lead. These three areas have shaped how I approach my work, from my early days helping in my family’s manufacturing business to my current role working with educational technology in higher education.

Today, I am pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership while building on my previous educational challenges: my M.Ed. in Learning, Media, and Technology, and my MBA. This next step in my professional journey reflects my passion for not only supporting learning and development, but also helping organizations and teams navigate change with confidence. My focus is to blend the art of understanding people with the science of using data to make smart, forward-thinking decisions.

One thing that has not changed over the years is my resilience and my passion for teaching and learning. Whether I am working alongside coworkers, Subject Matter Experts (SME), supporting students, or collaborating with leadership, I always find joy in creating meaningful connections and finding innovative solutions together.

My clients and collaborators have been just as diverse as my career. I have partnered with SMEs from all kinds of fields (Business, Dental, Arts, Biology, Language, Economics, just to name a few), as well as Educational Technology companies and higher education institutions across North America, South America, and even India. Each of these experiences has strengthened my belief that strong leadership starts with listening and building trust. When we connect as people first, solving complex challenges becomes a whole lot more effective.

As I continue this journey, my goal is to become a global leader who can bridge technology, education, and leadership development accross cultures. I want to help organizations rethink how they use technology to learn, grow, and prepare their teams for the future.
